As Gastronometro, Turkey’s first gastronomy development platform, it has focused on using the culinary culture in Turkey. İdil Banu Architecture designed a modular stand to convey this culture to its visitors. We preferred a plain design with glass panels, the areas where the chefs will make presentations, and content articles that will inform the visitors.

BRINGING SPACES TO LIFE
Between the two stands of Metro Market and Gastronometro, we created a corridor in the exhibition grounds that merges the two stands together, as well as creatively uses the space between them by using hanging slogans and striking lights

Structures are erected with scaffolding without any exception, and the surfaces that come between these systems are customized according to their structural characters.
FUNCTIONAL ENVIRONMENTS
Being one of the many collaborations of Idilbanu with Metro market, in this gastronomy focused event a real life and fully functional kitchen is created for the visitors to both watch the talented chef’s at work, and at the same time taste their signature snacks in harmony with one of a kind gastronomy experiences.
